The Mayor and His Daughter is a comedy double act created by Kit Finnie and Ciaran Chillingworth. Performing as a father and daughter from an unnamed town somewhere in England, the act explores nation, media and meta-perspectives on comedy through a folk horror lens. In 2025, they performed their debut show, A Genuine Appreciation of Comedy, with Assembly venues at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
